Data retention and Lifecycle policy

Both the API's enrich transaction endpoint and the Kafka's ingest message have an optional field called retentionUntilDate this allows you to put a lifecycle policy on items as they are being sent to us.

If the retentionUntilDate is empty, then our standard data retention policy will apply; this is documented in the Data Retention Policy document available in our Trust Centre.
